For page navigation button, we can’t set icon as with normal button. However, if we add the icon as part of the page name, the button will show on the navigation button. To add an icon to the page name, hold Windows logo key + period (.) key. This will open the emoji window for you to pick an emoji icon. Apart from the Window emoji, you may find icons from unicode-table or vertex42
In page name, Power BI auto remove extra spaces and only keep one as separater. If you need more spaces, like to keep distance between icon and page name above, instead of using standard space, using empty character. Copy/past the empty character into place where need more spaces and Power BI will not auto remove these empty characters.
To find colors that fit together for your menues, you might try Color Hunt or Adobe Color
